Designed for aspiring young chefs ages 10–14, this 6-week cooking course takes students beyond the basics and into the art of thoughtful, creative cooking. Each week, students will explore a new culinary theme—from essential knife skills and measuring techniques to mastering flavor balance, texture, and plating. They'll gain confidence working with fresh ingredients, preparing proteins, sauces, and even desserts from scratch. The course ends with a chance to plan and execute a full three-course meal, bringing together everything they've learned. Perfect for kids ready to level up their kitchen game and build real culinary skills in a fun, hands-on environment.
Required Supplies: Please wear clothes that can get dirty or wear an apron. Long hair must be tied back.
